Based in FRANKFURT (GERMANY) this PM role offers a salary of 42,000 EURO – 66,000 EURO plus flights and free accommodation for first month of employment.

Within the Airline Travel Sector, they are innovators in eVouchers, online promotional tools, mobile and kiosk check-in systems as well as mobile, App and notification technologies. This business as at the forefront in engineering airline travel solutions using mobile phone check-in for flights, notifications and communication by airlines to passengers.
As PROJECT MANAGER you will be the link between customers (major airlines) and internal teams; responsible for overseeing success of projects and ensuring the delivery of quality software for both new and existing customers. You will develop & manage project plans, define roadmap of expected deliverables and timeframes. A key function is to oversee customer requirements into a project plan & ensure all stakeholders are aware of the status. You’ll define project tasks & resource requirements; understand SLA commitments; liaise with stakeholders in the project, including external third-party suppliers; work with an internal team to identify and mitigate possible risks.
Facilitate workshops to lead definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
You will also organise training for customers. This involves training for new customers or existing customers as and when the need arises; workshops/training for systems (e.g. JIRA) or for new functionality within the application.
Lead release planning & coordinate releases with Support and technical teams, ensuring the right resources are available during the releases.
Ensure project requirements are clarified and documented, either in FSD or in JIRA issue description,
all project documentation available on Confluence: updated project plan, project status, software versions, FSDs, user manual, technical documentation, updated release procedure, team and contacts.
Must have an EU PASSPORT to apply.
Must have experience as a Project Manager in a Software/Product Development Company.
Excellent organisational and communication skills; solution-oriented; open and communicative and able to travel.
Ability to provide structure in project planning processes & releases.
Ability to manage a budget, compile and negotiate quotations.
Strong decision-making abilities.
